Live Dashboards in Zoho Motivator provide a real-time view of your dashboards to help you track and improve your sales performance. Live Dashboards provide a unified view of selected tiles (such as KPI, targets, and contests) to highlight areas of interest.
The components with a “Demo” mark in top-right corner are using sample data and not shown in full screen view. You can configure them using your actual data by clicking each component.
Click Dashboards button to return to the list of live dashboards and Exit button to switch to the Home dashboard.
- The free plan does not support live dashboards.
- Only Super Administrators and Administrators can add, rename, delete, and configure live dashboards.
Add live dashboard
- Click the Live Dashboards button in the top navigation bar.
- In the list of live dashboards, click + button to add a new live dashboard.
Configure components on live dashboards
- Select a live dashboard you want to edit from the list.
- Click on any component you want to configure.
- Select a field to edit and make your changes. The available options depend on the type of component. Here is the example of available options.
- Click APPLY.
Rename live dashboard
- Select a live dashboard you want to edit from the list of live dashboards.
- Click Rename.
- Change the name of the live dashboard.
Change theme
- Select a live dashboard you want to edit from the list of live dashboards.
- Click Themes.
- Select the theme you wish and click OK.
Share live dashboard using URL
- Select a live dashboard you want to edit from the list of live dashboards.
- Click Share.
- Copy the Channel URL and click OK.
- Public option is turned off by default and will be available to the users who are logged on to Zoho Motivator. To share with the public, turn on the Public option.
Delete live dashboard
- Select a live dashboard you want to edit from the list of live dashboards.
- Click Delete.
View live dashboard in full screen
- Select a live dashboard you want to view in full screen from the list.
- Click the Full Screen button. To exit from full screen view, hit the ESC key.
