Set Week, Fiscal Year, and Time Zone


Match the work week and fiscal year in Motivator to those used in your company and ensure that Zoho Motivator tracks and reports weekly and yearly KPIs and targets as expected.

Set week, fiscal year, bi-weekly settings, and time zone

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click SETTINGS button on the top-left and select Week/Year/Time Zone.


  4. Set the First day of week, First month of Fiscal year, When should the Bi-Weekly Targets Start, and Organization Time Zone from their respective dropdown lists.
  5. Click SAVE.

Notes on the Organization Time Zone:

By default, Zoho Motivator uses the Organization Time Zone set in Zoho CRM.  Time zone can be changed to any other time zone used by the Zoho Motivator users.
