Accessing the Search Feature in Zoho Notebook  

Desktop Edition  

1. Launch the Zoho Notebook application or website on your device.
2. Click the magnifying glass icon to open the search bar.
3. Type the exact title or keywords of the note you are looking for.

• Example: enter “Quote”.
• You can also use advanced filters to refine the results.

4. Review the search results and select the correct note.
5. Click the note to view its full content.
   

Mobile Edition  

1. Open the Zoho Notebook app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the magnifying glass icon at the top to open the search field.
3. Enter the note title or keywords.

• Tip: Use advanced filters or keywords to narrow down results.

4. Scroll through the search results and tap the note you want to open.

2. Press Cmd + F (Mac) or Ctrl + F (Windows).

3. A search bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Mobile Edition:

1. Open the note.

2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.

3. Select “Search in Note”.

4. The search bar will appear at the top of the screen.
