Noteboards help you organize and view your notes in a more focused way without moving or duplicating them.
Think of a Noteboard as a filtered view of your notes, similar to a Pinterest board. Instead of storing notes in a separate location, a Noteboard displays notes that match specific criteria, making it easier to access related content whenever you need it.
For example, you can create a Noteboard to view:
Since Noteboards only display references to your existing notes, any changes you make to a note are reflected everywhere that note appears.

Click the ( + ) icon from the menu bar and click Noteboard.
Start by giving the Noteboard a title of your choice
Click the Add List button in the center of the screen.
Alternatively, you can also click the icon in the top-right corner.
You can also choose to add lists from the suggestions given.
Create a custom list by directly creating new notes by clicking the + icon on the list.
Note: You can't apply filters to a custom list.Click Add List.
Click the Add Filter button.
Alternatively, you can click on the gear icon to add filters.
Click the ( + ) icon and choose from the various filter options to create a list by applying filters.
The following is a demo on how you can add list by applying a filter
Click the gear icon of the list you want to delete
Click the Delete List button to delete the list
Hover over the three-dot button below the Noteboard you want to share.
Click Share.
Click Add Members and enter the email addresses you want the Noteboard to be shared with.
You can also give them access to View and Edit.
Click Share.
Hover over the the three-dot button below the Noteboard you wish to change the cover of.
Click Change Cover.
Choose a new cover from the provided options.
Hover over the Sort by button in the top-right corner.
Select Custom and drag to sort the Noteboards by your choice.
You can also sort by selecting the other default options.
Hover over the bottom of the Noteboard you wish to mark as favorite, and click the star icon.
Alternatively, open the Noteboard, click the three-dot button in the top-right corner, and select Favorite Board.
Hover over the three-dot button below the Noteboard you wish to delete.
Click Delete .
Confirm the deletion.
A Notebook stores your notes.
No. A Noteboard simply displays your existing notes based on the filters you configure.
Yes. The same note can appear in multiple Noteboards if it matches their filter criteria.
Only the Noteboard is removed. All notes displayed in it remain in your account.
