How can I sort my notes?
Sorting your notes brings order to your notebook. This makes it easier to locate the note you're looking for.
The following are the sorting options available inside Notebook.
- Title (Name) - A-Z (Ascending)
- Title (Name) - Z-A (Descending)
- Modified Date. (Oldest first)
- Modified Date. (Newest first)
- Created Date. (Oldest first)
- Created Date. (Newest first)
- Custom Sort.
(Custom Sort is not available in the Web, Windows & Linux platforms yet.)
To sort your notes & notebooks in Notebook, follow these steps :
iOS & Android :
- Pull down the page(from Notebook or from note screen) to see the Sort By option
- You will then see a list of various sorting options.
- Pick your choice and sort your notes.
Mac :
- Click on the 'Sort By' option(icon) placed at the top right
- You will then see a list of various sorting options.
- Pick your choice and sort your notes.
Web, Windows & Linux :
- Click on the 'Sort By' option(icon) placed at the top right
- Pick your choice and sort your notes from the drop-down.
