Introducing Sort by Last Accessed in Zoho Notebook

Introducing Sort by Last Accessed in Zoho Notebook

Finding the note you were just working on is now even easier.

We're excited to introduce Sort by Last Accessed, a new sorting option in Zoho Notebook that organizes your notes based on the last time you opened them. Whether you're switching between meeting notes, project plans, or daily to-do lists, you can quickly jump back to the notes you've recently viewed without searching through your notebook.

Unlike sorting by creation or modification date, Last Accessed focuses on the notes you interact with most, making your everyday workflow faster and more intuitive.

How to Use

  1. Open Zoho Notebook.
  2. Open any notebook.
  3. Select the Sort option.
  4. Choose Date Accessed - Newest First.

Your notes will instantly be reordered, with the most recently opened notes appearing at the top.

Things to Know

  • Opening a note automatically updates its Last Accessed time.
  • The sort order updates as you continue accessing different notes.
  • This feature only changes how your notes are displayed, it does not modify your note content.
  • You can switch back to any other sorting option whenever you like.
