How Web Clipper works

Web Clipper allows you to save content from your browser directly into Zoho Notebook. Depending on the clipper options available in your browser extension, you may be able to save:

Installing Zoho Notebook Web Clipper

To use Web Clipper, you need to add the Zoho Notebook browser extension to your supported browser.

1. Open your browser’s extensions or add-ons store. 
2. Search for Zoho Notebook Web Clipper. 
3. Add the extension to your browser. 
4. Once installed, click the extension icon. 
5. Sign in to your Zoho Notebook account. 
6. After signing in, you can start clipping web content directly into Notebook.

Saving content using Web Clipper

To save the complete webpage:

1. Open the webpage you want to save. 
2. Click the Zoho Notebook Web Clipper icon in your browser. 
3. Choose the appropriate clipping option for the full page. 
4. Select the notebook where you want to save it. 
5. Save the clip. 

The webpage will be added to Zoho Notebook as a note.

1. Open the webpage you want to clip. 
2. Click the Zoho Notebook Web Clipper icon. 
3. Choose the Notebook AI option. 
4. Select the action (such as summarizing or generating notes). 
5. Save the generated content to your notebook. 

This helps you save time and makes your clipped notes more meaningful and actionable.

Tip: Notebook AI is available as part of the Notebook AI subscription. You can access these features only with an active subscription.

Sticky Notes in Web Clipper

Sticky Notes in Web Clipper allow you to capture thoughts quickly, reminders, or quick notes while browsing, without needing to save an entire webpage.

1. Click the Zoho Notebook Web Clipper icon in the browser toolbar.
2. In the Web Clipper pop-up, click the three dots (⋮) > Settings > enable Sticky Notes.
3. Once enabled, the Sticky Notes option will appear at the bottom-right corner of the webpage.
4. You can create and save your sticky notes directly from there.

The sticky note will be added to your Zoho Notebook and synced across your devices.

Accessing clipped notes

Once a webpage or selection is clipped:

• It is saved to your Zoho Notebook account 
• It syncs across your signed-in devices 
• You can access it from the Zoho Notebook app or web version
