Have you ever wondered how to create an email you receive as a note? Do you still copy your email content and paste it in Notebook to create a note? Email In in Notebook comes in as a rescue to you. You can now directly create your emails as notes without any hassles. Forward any email to add@notebook.app and see it added as a note in your Notebook account.
Before you begin
Please be aware of these things before you begin to sync your note cards across devices.
- Only registered Zoho Notebook users can use Email In functionality.
- The email address will be verified against the registered email address in Zoho Notebook to create the note card.
- You can associate more than one email address as secondary email addresses. You can forward emails from your secondary email addresses also.
- Each forwarded email will be created as a new note card.
- Attachments will be created as separate note cards and grouped with the Text Card.
Email-In to create note cards
Simply forward an email to add@notebook.app from your registered email address and sit back and relax. Notebook automatically creates a note card with corresponding email content. You can register more than one email address as secondary email addresses in Zoho Accounts. Please visit here to add secondary email addresses. All attachments in the email will be created as respective note cards and grouped with the Text Card.
Notebook will smartly identify the content and convert those as Smart Cards where applicable. If you forward your flight reservation email, you can see a beautiful Flight Card created for you. Read here to know more about Smart Cards. Similarly, emails with only web links will be created as Bookmark Cards.
