Notebook provides different ways to take notes and capture your thoughts.
Text Card
Write notes. Start with text, add images and sketches, checklists or audio, all in the same note. Notebook supports these rich text formatting for your notes.
- Bold
- Italics
- Strikethrough
- Underline
- Highlight
- Indent (Left and Right)
- Bullets & Numbers
- Hyperlinks
You can also add photos, sketches, audios and checklists to a Text Card.
Checklist Card
Stay on top of things with a dedicated checklist card. Rearrange, mark as complete and delete your list at your convenience. You can also uncheck or delete all your checked items at once.
Audio Card
Record upto 30 minutes and also in the background. iOS app will transcribe the first minute of your audio notes. You can edit the transcription and it syncs across devices which helps you to search your audio notes.
Photo Card
Capture moments and save images you’ll need it for later. Crop and annotate your photos using Notebook. Scan a document and save it as pdf. Scan a business card to extract its information and save it as Contact Card. Create a Notebook account to search your images using OCR and object detection powered by Zoho Cloud.
File Card
All files added to Notebook are treated as distinct, groupable note cards. Everyone who creates a Notebook account automatically gets a Zoho Docs account, including access to Zoho's online office suite. In your Zoho Docs account you'll see a Notebook folder, allowing you to add, edit, and delete files in Notebook from Zoho Docs.
Sketch Card
Bring your ideas to life with Sketch Card's pencil, pen, marker, and eraser. Choose, assign, and test custom colors and nib sizes before putting pen, pencil, or marker to paper. Notebook supports Samsung S Pen Stylus and Apple Pencil including angle and azimuth. Tap ‘...’ in a sketch card to find options to duplicate your sketches.
