Sync your notes across devices

Unlike a few note-taking applications, you can use Notebook to sync your note card across your devices. Notebook is available across all platforms, like  iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, and Linux. You can use upto 10 devices to sync your data.

Before you begin

Please be aware of these things before you begin to sync your note cards across devices.
  • Notebook is a productivity application from Zoho. Notebook is also a part of Zoho One.
  • You need to create a Zoho account to sync your note cards across your devices.
  • Please read the  Terms of Service  and  Privacy Policy  of Zoho before you create your account.

Sync across devices

To sync your note cards across your devices, please follow these steps. 
  1. Download the Notebook app from the respective mobile app store. Alternatively, visit zoho.com/notebook
  2. Click on 'Create Zoho Account' in mobile apps or 'Sign Up' from the website.
  3. Input your email address or mobile number and password.
  4. Click Sign Up to create your account.
  5. Confirm your account either through the email sent to your registered email address or one time code sent to your mobile number.
  6. Sign in to Notebook app or https://notebook.zoho.com from your devices and sync your data across devices.
