Export all your notecards from Notebook
Your data is yours. You can always export your data in any format you choose and back it up in any place of your choice. You can export all your notes at a time or as a whole in ZNote or HTML format.
Before you begin
- Data you add after commencing export won't be exported
- Non registered Zoho users cannot export their data as a whole. They need to multi-select and export their notes
- Exporting notes in HTML format cannot be imported into Notebook again.
To export your notes as a whole:
- Open Notebook and click Settings
- Click Export/Download your notebook data
- Choose your format and click Export
You'll receive an email when your export is complete and you can download your data from the link present.
