How to Install Zoho Notebook in Slack

  1. Go to the Zoho Notebook Slack integration page. 



  1. Click Install and Add to Slack. 


  1. Sign in to your Slack workspace (if not already signed in). 
  2. Authorize Zoho Notebook to access your Slack workspace. 
  3. Once installed, the Notebook app will be available in Slack.

How to Use Zoho Notebook in Slack

Create a Note from Slack

  1. Open Slack. 
  2. Type the command /notebook in the message box. 
  3. Enter your note content. 
  4. Choose the notebook where you want to save the note. 
  5. Select Add.

Save a Slack Message as a Note

  1. Hover over the message you want to save. 
  2. Click the More actions (⋯) option. 
  3. Select Add to Zoho Notebook. 
  4. Choose the notebook. 
  5. Save the message as a note.

Access Your Notes

  • Notes created from Slack are automatically synced to Zoho Notebook. 
  • Open Zoho Notebook (web/mobile/desktop) to view and manage them.
