To use Zoho Notebook eWidget in Zoho Mail

  1. Sign in to Zoho Mail

  2. Click the eWidget icon.

     

      3. Search for and click on Zoho Notebook.
      4. Click the pin icon to pin it to the tool bar for easy access to Zoho Notebook

The Zoho Notebook eWidget is enabled by default. If it's not enabled, click the eWidget icon, go to Integration settings, and swipe down to find Zoho Notebook. Toggle the switch to enable it.






To Create Different Types of Notes

  1. Click the (+) icon in the top-right corner.

 

  1. From the drop-down menu, select the type of note you want to create.

    1. You can also edit existing text and checklist notes by clicking on the note.

To open, lock, and delete your notes in Notebook

  1. Click the ( ... ) button on the note card.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select the action you want to perform.

To Send Your Notes as Emails

  1. Click the ( ... ) button on the note card you want to send as an email.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select Compose Mail. A new compose email box with the note card content will be created.

To Save Your Emails as Notes

  1. Open the email you want to save as a note.

  2. Open the Notebook eWidget and click the Create from email icon.

  1. At the bottom, choose the Notebook into which you want to add the note from the drop-down box.

  1. You can also choose your preference for associating the note with the email from the options provided below.

To Associate Your Notes with an Email

  1. On the note card you want to associate with the email, click the ( ... ) button.

  2. Select Add to thread from the drop-down menu. The note card will then be associated with the email.

  1. You can view all the note cards associated with an email by opening the specific email and the Notebook eWidget.

To disable Zoho Notebook eWidget in Zoho Mail

  1. Navigate to eWidgetIntegration settings.

  2. Swipe down to find Zoho Notebook and toggle the switch to disable it.
