Zoho Notebook lets you automatically import your Zoom cloud meeting recordings and generate AI-powered transcripts, making it easy to revisit discussions, search for important conversations, and keep all your meeting notes in one place.
Once connected, Notebook automatically imports your Zoom cloud recording as soon as the meeting recording is processed and available in Zoom. The recording is added as an Audio Card or Video Card, and if Auto Transcribe is enabled, an AI-generated transcript is created automatically.
Once authorization is complete, Notebook will begin checking your Zoom account for eligible recordings.
After your Zoom meeting ends:
Note: The recording is imported only after Zoom has finished processing it and sent the recording details to Zoho Notebook. Depending on the recording length and Zoom's processing time, it may take some time before it appears in Notebook.Once a recording has been processed, you can:
