Connecting Notebook with Zoho Contacts

Manage all your contacts you encounter in Notebook using Zoho Contacts. You can now choose to store email addresses or mobile numbers of your peers/colleagues/friends in Zoho Contacts, with whom you share and receive notes. Notebook will pull your contacts from Zoho Contacts once you type your contact details when you share notes.

Before you begin

A few things you should know before you begin.

Zoho Contacts is a contact management app from Zoho. You can manage your contacts from https://contacts.zoho.com.
Zoho Contacts is a part of the suite of apps provided by Zoho Mail. Learn more about Zoho Mail here.

Add contacts to Zoho Contacts

When you share your notes with others using email addresses or mobile numbers, you can choose to add those to Zoho Contacts. Alternatively, you can visit https://contacts.zoho.com to add and organise your contacts. To disable this automatic addition of a contact to Zoho Contacts, please follow these steps.

Tap ‘Settings'
Tap ‘Privacy & Security’
Turn off ‘Add to Zoho Contacts’

Remove contacts from Zoho Contacts

You can go to https://contacts.zoho.com/ to remove and organise your contacts.
