Migrate notes from Zoho Mail to Notebook

Notebook provides an auto migration tool which helps you to migrate notes from Zoho Mail into Notebook.

Before you begin

A few things to know before you start with the migration.
  • This tool will only copy the notes from Zoho Mail to Notebook. None of your Zoho Mail notes will be deleted.
  • The tool will use the account in which you’re signed in to Notebook to fetch your notes in Zoho Mail.
  • Books in Zoho Mail notes will be migrated as notebooks in Notebook. All notes will be mapped to its notebooks respectively.
  • You can run the migration any time and each time all your notes are copied as separate notes.
  • All attachments on your notes in Zoho Mail will be created a separate File Cards and grouped together.
How to start the migration

Follow these steps to migrate all your notes in Zoho Mail into Notebook.
  1. Sign in to your Zoho Notebook account in Notebook web app (https://notebook.zoho.com)
  2. Click your profile photo placed on the top right corner.
  3. Click ‘Settings’.
  4. Scroll to the Migration section and click ‘Migrate Zoho Mail Notes’.
  5. Click ’Start Migration’.
  6. The migration starts automatically and you’ll receive an email to your registered email once the migration is completed.
