To Install Zoho Notebook extension

1. Navigate to Marketplace > All.

2. Search for and click on Zoho Notebook for Zoho Sprints.

3. Click Install.
   

4. Verify your details, then click Install.
   

5. Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.

6. Click Install Now.

To use Zoho Notebook in Zoho Sprints

1. Click on the Notebook icon in the right pane.
   

1. Click the ( + ) icon in the top-right corner

2. From the drop-down menu, select the type of note you want to create.
   

3. You can also edit the existing text and checklist notes by clicking the note.
   

To perform actions in your notes in Notebook using this extension.

1. Click the ( ... ) button on the note card.
   

2. From the dropdown menu, select the type of action you want to perform.

To associate your notes with a specific task

1. Open the task you need to associate the notes with.

2. Click the Notebook icon. You can also view all the notes associated with the tasks here.
   

3. Create your preferred note format from the available options.

4. Choose the notebook notes will be saved to, or create a new notebook.

5. The created note will be associated with the specific task.

6. To dissociate the notes, click the ( ... ) button on the notecard and select Dissociate note.

To create your note as a work item directly from your notebook

1. Click the ( ... ) button on the note card you need to create as a work item.

2. Click Add as Work Item, then select the project to add as a work item.
   

3. Click Create to add as a work item

1. Navigate to   > Marketplace > All.
   

2. Click Installed Extensions.

3. Click Notebook for Zoho Sprints.
   

4. Click Uninstall.
