Notebook is hosted as an add-on in Google's app marketplace. We do not store or read your credentials and emails.

Install Notebook for Google Workspace
Open Google Workspace Marketplace and search for Zoho Notebook for Google Workspace.
Click Install.
Sign in to Gmail, or choose an already signed-in accounts.
Read through the permissions and click Allow.
You've successfully installed the add-on.
Using Zoho Notebook in Gmail
To save an email as a note in Gmail
Open the email you wish to save as a note.
Click the Zoho Notebook icon in the right pane.
Log in with your existing Zoho Notebook account or sign up for a new one.
Read through the permissions and click Accept.
Zoho Notebook will open on the right.
The title and note content will be pre-filled from the email’s subject and body, respectively.
You can choose a notebook, add tags, and add additional notes.
Click Add to Notebook to save the note.
Managing Associated Notes
You can see that the note is now associated with that email. When you open this email and the Notebook add-on, you can see this note. Click the three-dot button to choose from these options for the associated note:

Remove from thread
Delete
To send a note as an email in Gmail:
Click Compose to open the compose window.
Click the Zoho Notebook icon in the editor toolbar.
Select a note from the list or search for a note and click on the desired note.
Click Add Content to Compose Window.
Using Zoho Notebook in Google Drive
To add files from Zoho Notebook to Google Drive
Click the Notebook icon in the right side pane in Google Drive.
Click Add file from Notebook.
Select your file from the list of displayed options or search for your file.
Click Add to Google Drive.
You can keep adding files by clicking Add new file and repeating the steps.
To create new notes in Zoho Notebook from Google Drive:
Click the Notebook icon, then click Create new note.
Write down your notes and add a title.
Organize your notes by choosing a notebook and adding tags.
Click Add to Notebook.
Add Files from Google Drive to Zoho Notebook
Click on any file in Google Drive you'd like to add to Zoho Notebook and click the Zoho Notebook icon.
Choose the notebook for your file and click Save to Zoho Notebook.
Using Zoho Notebook in Google Docs
To save notes as docs in Google Docs
Open any document in Google Docs and click the Notebook icon in the right pane.
Click Add from Notebook.
Select a note from the list of displayed notes or search for your note and select it.
Click Add to Google Docs.
Your note card content will be added to the open Google Docs document.
To save docs as notes to Zoho Notebook
Open any document in Google Docs and click the Notebook icon.
Click Add to Notebook.
Choose the notebook where you want to save the document and click Add to Notebook.
Your document will be saved as a File Card in Notebook.
Managing Associated Notes in Google Docs
You can see that the note is associated with this document. When you open the document and the Notebook add-on, you can see this note. Click the three-dot button to choose from these options for the associated note:

Using Zoho Notebook in Google Calendar
To Create events in Google Calendar in Zoho Notebook
Open Google Calendar and click the Notebook icon in the right pane.
Create a new event with the event title and details. You can set the start and end date and time for the event.
Choose a notebook and add any tags, then click Add to Notebook.
Your entry will be automatically saved to the appropriate time in Google Calendar. A reminder will also be created in Zoho Notebook to alert you at the start time.
Set Reminders to Your Events
Select an event created via Notebook in Google Calendar and click the Notebook icon.
Set your reminder time in minutes, then click UPDATE EVENT.
The reminder time will be automatically updated in your note card in Notebook.
Share Events with Your Friends and Peers
Select an event and click Edit event.
Click the Notebook icon.
Add your friends' and peers' email addresses in the Add guests section and click Save.
The note card in Notebook will be automatically privately shared with the list of email addresses.
Note: The note card will only be shared with Notebook registered users.
Disconnect Notebook for Google Workspace
To remove the Notebook for Google Workspace add-on:
Sign in to your Gmail account.
Open the Notebook add-on.
Click the More actions icon in the top right corner of the add-on view.
Select Manage add-ons.
Choose Uninstall.
Alternatively, you can visit this link in your browser, sign in to your Gmail account, and click Uninstall.
