Notebook and Zapier integration

Connect your favorite apps together with Notebook and Zapier integration. If you use Zapier to get things done then use Notebook and Zapier integration to allow data to flow from your favorite apps without any hassle.

Before you begin

Only registered Notebook users can use this integration. You will be asked to sign up if you are not a registered user during the workflow setup

We all have a hundred million things to do everyday. Make life easy and get things done effectively with the Notebook and Zapier integration. Choose from a list of predefined workflows or create your own with the list of triggers and actions in Zoho Notebook:

To connect your favorite apps together:

Please follow these steps. Let's take an example of a predefined workflow

Upload new Zoho Notebook photo cards as files to Google Drive

1. Open Notebook in Zapier and click the workflow

2. Click Get started

3. Sign in/ Sign up to your Zoho Notebook account

4. Look through the necessary permissions and click Accept

5. Sign in to your Google Drive account

6. Check the permissions and click Allow

7. Choose your destination folder in Google Drive and click Next

8. Map fields from Zoho Notebook into Google Drive. This page contains information to customize your zap

File: Choose a photo card from your Zoho Notebook account
Convert to Document?: This is an true or false field which asks if you want to convert the photo into an editable document. If choosen True it'll be converted
File Name: You can choose to give a file name for Google Drive or your Photo Card name will be automatically used
File Extension: Choose to give a file extension if you've given a file name

9. Test your zap once by sending test data from the previous screen

10. If your test is success a banner will be shown to view your file in Google Drive

11. Review your zap once and click Turn on Zap

You can manage your zaps and connected accounts here and here. To remove a connected account click on the app details, click the account you'd like to remove and click Delete.
