Overview

Zoho Notebook and Zoho Flow integration helps you automate your note-taking workflows by connecting Notebook with hundreds of apps. Instead of manually creating or updating notes, you can set up automated workflows (called Flows) that trigger actions in Notebook based on events in other apps.

How It Works

Zoho Flow follows a simple logic:
Trigger → Action

• A trigger can occur in any connected app (e.g., a new lead in Zoho CRM or a new row in Google Sheets) 
• Zoho Notebook can perform an action (e.g., create a notecard with that data) 

At the same time:

• A trigger can also originate from Zoho Notebook (e.g., when a notecard is created or updated) 
• This can then trigger actions in other apps (e.g., send a notification, update a record, etc.) 

This two-way capability allows Zoho Notebook to function as both a destination for information and a source for automation, helping you build more dynamic workflows.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to integrate Zoho Notebook with Zoho Flow:

1. Sign in to your Zoho Flow account.
2. Click Create Flow.
3. Choose a Trigger App (this can be Zoho Notebook or any other app).
4. Configure the trigger event.
5. Add an Action and select Zoho Notebook (or another app, if Notebook is the trigger).
6. Choose the required action (such as creating a notecard, notebook, or updating content).
7. Connect your Zoho Notebook account if prompted.
8. Map the required fields (title, content, notebook, etc.).
9. Test and turn on the Flow.
   

Once enabled, the workflow runs automatically based on the trigger.
