This integration enables you to create, view, edit, and associate notes with specific tasks and bugs. You can pull out relevant notes from Zoho Notebook for your tasks in Zoho Projects or take new notes for your tasks directly within Zoho Projects. Additionally, all notes created in Zoho Projects are automatically synced with Zoho Notebook, providing seamless access across all your devices and streamlining your workflow for increased productivity.

To Install Zoho Notebook extension

  1. Navigate to > Marketplace > All.

  2. Search for and click on Zoho Notebook for Zoho Projects.

  3. Click Install.



4.   Verify your details, then click Install.


  1. Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.

  1. Agree to the terms of use.

  2. Click Save & Proceed.

To use Zoho Notebook in Zoho Projects

  1. Click on the extension icon ( ) in the bottom-right corner.


  1. Click the Zoho Notebook option.



To Create different types of notes in Zoho Projects.

  1. Click the ( + ) icon in the top-right corner

  2. From the dropdown menu, select the type of note you want to create


   
3. You can also edit the existing text and checklist notes by clicking the note.


To open, lock, and delete your notes in Notebook using this extension.

  1. Click the ( ... ) button on the note card.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select the type of action you want to perform.



To associate your notes with a specific task

  1. Open the task you need to associate the notes with.

  2. Click the Notebook icon. You can also view all the notes associated with the tasks here.



  1. Create your preferred note format from the options available.

  2. Choose the notebook notes will be saved to, or create a new notebook.

5. The created note will be associated with the specific task. 

            6. To dissociate the notes, click the ( ... ) button on the notecard and select Dissociate note.


To uninstall the extension
  1. Navigate to   > Marketplace > All

  1. Click Installed Apps.

  2. Click Zoho Notebook for Zoho Projects.


  1. Click Uninstall.
