Email-In is a convenient feature in Zoho Notebook that allows users to create notecards by sending emails directly to a unique Notebook Email-In address. This helps users capture ideas or important information without opening the Zoho Notebook app or web interface.
Any email sent to the configured Email-In address is automatically converted into a notecard and added to the selected notebook, making it ideal for quick note capture on the go.
Once configured, you can send emails to this address to create notecards.

1. Can I send emails from any email address?
Yes. Emails sent from any address(whihc are added to Email-In) will be accepted unless restrictions are applied by the account admin.
2. What happens if the email has no subject?
The notecard will still be created, but the title may be blank or auto-generated.
3. Are attachments always supported?
Most common file types are supported. Unsupported file types may be ignored.
4. Is the Email-In option available on all plans?
The Email-In feature is available in all paid versions of Zoho Notebook.
