Admins can manage access to the Teamspace by assigning different roles based on responsibilities:

  • Admin – Full control over the Teamspace, including managing members and permissions 
  • Organizer – Can manage notebooks and structure within the Teamspace 
  • Editor – Can create and edit content 
  • Viewer – Can view content but cannot make changes 

This role-based system ensures better control, clear ownership, and structured collaboration within the team.



Collaborative Notebooks

Notebooks created within a Teamspace can be accessed and edited by all permitted members, enabling real-time collaboration and updates.

Organized Structure

Teams can organize notebooks based on projects, departments, or workflows, making it easier to locate and manage information.

Seamless Sync Across Devices

All updates in Teamspace are synced across devices, ensuring every team member always sees the latest version of notes.

While Teamspace itself does not impose restrictions on number of members, notebooks, or Teamspaces created, the overall usage depends on the storage space available in your account.
