Evernote Migration: Import ENEX files into Zoho Notebook

Export Notes from Evernote  

  1. Open your Evernote app.
  2. Select the notes or notebooks you want to export.
  3. Click on the More Actions menu (···) > Export in the top right corner.
  4. Choose a location to save your exported file and select the file format as ENEX (.enex).
  5. Name your file and click Save.
  6. Your notes will be saved in the ENEX format, which includes all text, images, and metadata.

Open Zoho Notebook  

  1. Log in to your Zoho Notebook account.
  2. If you don’t have an account, sign up for free.

Access the Import Option  

  1. In the Zoho Notebook web app, click on Settings.
  2. Select the Migrate from Evernote option from the menu.

Upload the ENEX File  

  1. Choose the Evernote (ENEX) import option.
  2. Click Upload ENEX Files and select the ENEX file you exported from Evernote.

Start the Import Process  

  1. Once the file is uploaded, click on Import Now to begin the migration.
  2. Wait for the process to complete. You’ll receive a confirmation once your notes have been successfully imported.

Manage all your notes in Notebook

  1. After the import is complete, all your notes will be available in Zoho Notebook.
  2. Review the notes to ensure everything is in place and organized.
