Notebook provides easy tools for you to migrate from OneNote. You can either completely switch from OneNote to Notebook or partially bring your notes in OneNote into Notebook.
Before you begin
Please be aware of these points before you begin to migrate from OneNote.
- This tool does not delete any of your notes in OneNote.
- This tool imports your notes and notebooks in OneNote.
- When you choose to completely migrate from OneNote, you can do so only once. You need to contact support@zohonotebook.com to migrate from more than one OneNote account.
- Notes created/modified in OneNote do not sync to Notebook once the migration is complete.
- The Complete OneNote migration tool is available only for Notebook users who have a Zoho account.
Migrate from OneNote
To migrate all your notes from OneNote, please follow these steps.
- Sign in to your Zoho account in Notebook on your device.
- Go to 'Settings'.
- Click 'Migrate from OneNote' under the 'Migration' section.
- Select the checkbox underneath and click 'Start Migration.'
- Sign in to your OneNote account.
- Allow Notebook to authorize your data in OneNote.
- Select the notebooks you need to migrate from OneNote and click 'Start Migration.'
- You'll receive an email at your registered email address upon completion of the migration.
- You can automatically see your OneNote notes and notebooks migrated to Notebook.
- If you do not see your notes but have received the completion email, you can write to support@zohonotebook.com to get assistance.
