Migrate notes from Zoho Mail to Notebook
Notebook provides an auto migration tool which helps you to migrate notes from Zoho Mail into Notebook.
Before you begin
A few things to know before you start with the migration.
- This tool will only copy the notes from Zoho Mail to Notebook. None of your Zoho Mail notes will be deleted.
- The tool will use the account in which you’re signed in to Notebook to fetch your notes in Zoho Mail.
- Books in Zoho Mail notes will be migrated as notebooks in Notebook. All notes will be mapped to its notebooks respectively.
- You can run the migration any time and each time all your notes are copied as separate notes.
- All attachments on your notes in Zoho Mail will be created a separate File Cards and grouped together.
How to start the migration
Follow these steps to migrate all your notes in Zoho Mail into Notebook.
- Sign in to your Zoho Notebook account in Notebook web app (https://notebook.zoho.com)
- Click your profile photo placed on the top right corner.
- Click ‘Settings’.
- Scroll to the Migration section and click ‘Migrate Zoho Mail Notes’.
- Click ’Start Migration’.
- The migration starts automatically and you’ll receive an email to your registered email once the migration is completed.
