Nested Collections in Zoho Notebook offer a powerful way to elevate your organizing capabilities by allowing you to structure notes and groups within notebooks in a more advanced way, creating a hierarchy of collections and sub-collections. It’s designed to enhance organization and streamline access to your content. In this guide, you’ll learn how to create, manage, and effectively use Nested Collections in Zoho Notebook.

To create a Collection:
Open the notebook where you want to create a collection.
Click the ( + ) icon in the menu bar and select Collection.
Enter your desired name for the collection.
Open the collection where you want to create a nested collection.
Click the ( + ) icon in the menu bar and select Collection.
Enter your desired name for the nested collection.
To move Notes into a Collection:
Select the notes from the notebook that you want to move into a collection.
Click the Move to option at the top-right corner, then select the notebook containing the collection where you want to move the notes.
Inside the notebook, select the collection where you want to move the notes.
Alternatively, you can create a new collection by selecting the desired notes and clicking the Create Collection option at the top-right corner.
Hover over the three-dot button on the collection you want to share.
Click Share.
Click Add Members and enter the email addresses you want the Collection to be shared with.
You can also give them access to View and Edit.
Click Share.
To delete a Collection
Hover over the three-dot button on the collection you want to share.
Click Trash.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Trash again.
