Notebook for Business provides a comprehensive overview of administrative and user controls. It details the roles, permissions, and configuration options available to both administrators and users, ensuring effective collaboration and secure data management.

User Management
- Add Users: Invite users via email or bulk import
- Assign Roles: Set users as Admin or Member
- Remove Users: Revoke user access when required
Adding Users
To add users, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Profile Icon located at the top-right corner of the interface.
- Select User & Permission from the Menu.
- Alternatively, you can directly access the Admin Console page via this [link].
- Click on the Add Users button.
- Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite.
- Assign the appropriate role (Admin, or Member) to each user.
- Click Invite to send the invitation.
The invited users will receive an email to join the Notebook platform. Once they accept the invitation, they will be added to the system with the assigned role.
Assign Roles
Once the user accepts the invitation, they will be listed under the Active Users section. To assign or modify user roles, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Admin Console page.
- Identify the user under Active Users.
- Click on the user's Role displayed in the list.
- Choose the desired role (Admin, Member) from the drop-down menu.
- The selected role will be updated automatically.
Additionally, to make a user Premium, click on the More Options icon (three horizontal dots) next to the user's name and select Make Premium from the dropdown menu.
Remove Users
To remove a user, follow these steps:
- Go to the Admin Console page.
- Locate the user you wish to remove from the list.
- Click on the More Options icon (three horizontal dots) placed at the right to the user’s name.
- Select Delete User from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
