Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a second verification step to your sign-in process. In addition to your password, you verify your identity using another method such as:
Zoho OneAuth app
Time-based OTP (Authenticator apps)
SMS/Backup codes
Security Key (hardware device)
Go to accounts.zoho.com
Sign in with your Zoho credentials
Open Multi-Factor Authentication
Choose an MFA mode and follow setup instructions
Generate and store backup verification codes safely
Once enabled, you’ll be prompted for the second factor when signing in from a new device or untrusted browser.

Session management lets you view and control all active login sessions to your Zoho account. This includes sessions from browsers, mobile, desktop apps, and connected services.
