You can share your note cards in different ways in Notebook. Below are the ways you can share your note cards.
- Privately share with your friends and peers
- Publish on the web
- Share as a PDF file
- Export as a password protected file
- Share as a Znote
- Share through email and other apps
Before you begin
Please be aware of these things before you begin to share your notes.
- Some of the ways to share your note cards mentioned above may require a Zoho account.
- When you share your note cards as PDF, audio recordings inside Text Cards are not added in the PDF file.
- You cannot share Bookmark Cards.
- When a note card is shared between multiple persons with write access, only one can edit that note card at a time.
- Smart Cards are shared as web links.
