How to manage the members of your account

How to add new users?

1. Go to our Dashboard and click on 'Settings' in the left panel. Inside 'Accounts' section, choose 'Manage Members' option.



2. Then, click on 'Add New User' button. 



3. Now, enter the user email address > choose the role from drop down field and send the invite. Once the user accepts the invite, the user name and profile picture will get updated automatically from their Zoho account.



4. The invite sent will be valid only for 7 days. You can also resend the invite to the user before 7 days.



5. If the invite gets expired (after 7 days), you need to revoke the invitation and add the user again to resend the invite.



Notes

1. Only Super Admin and Admin can manage the members of the account.
2. Only upto 5 members can be added to an account.
3. Each user added to the account must have a Zoho account.

How to transfer the ownership of your account?

Click on the drop down field of the user whom you wanted to make as 'Super Admin' and choose Super Admin option from the list. Then click on 'Transfer' button as shown in below image.



Notes

1. Only the current Super Admin can perform the above action.
2. Invoice will only be sent to the Super Admin.

How to remove an existing user?

An existing user might have to be removed from the account due to following reasons;
  1. If you have already added 5 members but wanted to remove one user to add a new member (or)
  2. If you want to revoke account access for an existing user.
To do so, click on the 'Remove' option displayed in the right-corner of that particular user.

Only Super Admin and Admin can perform this action.
