The document might not get loaded in Internet Explorer 11 when the compatibility settings is enabled. In this instance, please follow the below steps and disable it. 

1. In Internet Explorer browser, click on the 'Settings' button and select 'Compatibility View settings'.

2. In 'Compatibility View settings' dialogue box, uncheck the 'Display intranet sites in Compatibility View' option and check if the document is getting loaded now.
