What is the duration of a document session and how to view/edit the document when session expires?

Office Integrator APIs are stateless APIs and session based. The only state that gets maintained is the current session of the document in which the file is viewed or edited. Once the browser session is closed or document session expires, and document content will be removed from our servers.

The document session is valid for 6 hours by default. In case a user abruptly closes the document session before 6 hours, fresh API request to view/edit with document content has to be sent by the host application again.

Every API request to open documents is equivalent to 1 API call. We calculate the usage based on that criteria.
