Resolve Anomalies - Anomaly Detection | Admin Guide - Zoho One

Resolve Anomalies

When a user performs an activity in Zoho One, all session details such as location, IP address, device, browser, login patterns, and the number of successful/failed logins, will be recorded in the application. Any deviation from these details will result in labeling the activity as anomalous. You can check the details of the anomaly and take appropriate action to ensure the security of your organization.

The steps to resolve an anomaly vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
