Add non-directory bookmarked/associated apps

The steps to add non-directory bookmarked/associated apps vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.

  3. Click Add SSO App.

  4. Name the app, and enter a description if needed.

  5. Under SSO mode, select Bookmark to add a Bookmarked App, or Linked Sign-On Using Parent to add an Associated App.

NotesLinked Sign-On Using Parent will be available only if a Marketplace app or a Non-directory SAML app has already been added.

  1. If you chose Linked Sign-On Using Parent, then select the parent app from which the SAML details should be inherited.

  2. Enter the URL of the landing page under URL.

  3. Click Done, then click Create.

  4. Click Manage App to assign the app to users, Open App to access the app, or OK to continue adding apps.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
  3. Under Non-Directory App, click Add.
  4. Name the app and enter a description if needed.
  5. Click Select SSO mode, then select Linked Sign-On to add a Bookmarked App, or Linked Sign-On Using Parent to add an Associated App.
    6. NotesLinked Sign-On Using Parent will be available only if a Marketplace app or a Non-directory SAML app has already been added.
  6. If you chose Linked Sign-On Using Parent, then select the parent app from which the SAML details should be inherited.
  7. Enter the URL of the landing page under URL.
