Create Space

The steps to create a space vary between the two user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To create a new space,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click the Admin Pane icon  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management in the left menu, the Application module will open by default.
  3. Click the kebab menu  to view all spaces.

  4. Click + Create Space.

  5. Give a name for the space you're creating.

  6. Under Applications, select the applications you want to add in your space.

  7. Click Create. 



Notes

Note: You can also create a new space from One Bar by clicking  , scroll down and click Create Space


Spaces UI

To create a new space,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click the Directory Settings icon  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management in the left menu, the Application module will open by default.
  3. Click the kebab menu  to view all spaces.

  4. Click + Create Space.

  5. Give a name for the space you're creating.

  6. Under Applications, select the applications you want to add in your space.

  7. Click Create.
