Delete Custom Space

The steps to delete a custom space vary between the two user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To delete a space,

You can only delete custom spaces.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click the Admin Panel icon  icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management in the left menu, the Application module will open by default.
  3. Click the kebab menu next to the custom space you want to delete
    .
    Notes
    If the space you want to delete is not visible in the space bar, click   to view remaining spaces, then click  next to the custom space you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete Space.
  5. Move the apps to a different space before deleting
  6. Bulk app assignment: Move all the apps in the current space to a different space. Click Select, then click the space you want to move the apps to.
  7. Individual app assignment: Move each app to a different space. Click Select, then click the space you want to move it to. Repeat the same step for all apps listed.
  8. Click Done.

  2. Click App Management in the left menu, the Application module will open by default.
  3. Click the kebab menu next to the custom space you want to delete

  4. Click Delete Space.
  5. Move the apps to a different space before deleting
