Overview 

You can add or remove apps from any number of spaces, regardless of which space you are currently in. For example, if you want to add Zoho Cliq to Marketing space while you're in Personal space, you can do it directly from your current space.

To manage space preferences,

1. Sign in to Zoho One, click Directory icon in the top right corner.

2. Click Applications, click Reorder icon next to the app you want to move.

3. Select one or more space to add this app to.
   

You cannot move apps from its default spaces.

4. Click Done.
