Manage Space Preferences
Overview
Manage apps across all spaces, regardless of which space you are currently in. For example, if you want to add Zoho Cliq to the Marketing space while you're in the Personal space, you can do it without having to switch to the Marketing space.
The steps to manage space preferences vary between the two user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To manage space preferences,
- Click App Management in the left menu, the Application module will open by default.
Click the space preferences
next to the app you want to move.
Select one or more spaces to which you want to add this app.
You cannot move apps from its default spaces.
Click Done.

To manage space preferences,
- Sign in to Zoho One, click the Directory Settings icon
in the top-right corner.
- Click App Management in the left menu, the Application module will open by default.
