Manage Space Preferences

Overview 

Manage apps across all spaces, regardless of which space you are currently in. For example, if you want to add Zoho Cliq to the Marketing space while you're in the Personal space, you can do it without having to switch to the Marketing space.  

To manage space preferences,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click  icon in the top right corner.

  2. Click Applications, click  icon next to the app you want to move.

  3. Select one or more space to which you want to add this app.

Notes

You cannot move apps from its default spaces.

  1. Click Done.
