Zoho Apps and Creator Custom Apps CANNOT BE DEACTIVATED. Try hiding them instead.

The steps to deactivate a marketplace app vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Applications, then click the app you need to deactivate.

  3. Click  , then click Deactivate.

  4. Click Deactivate again to confirm.



Unified UI
  • Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  • Go to Applications, then click the app you need to deactivate.
  • Click button-bar-more-icon, then click Deactivate.

  • Click Deactivate again to confirm.
