Grant app requests

When a user requests access to an app, all the Zoho Admins and the respective App Admins will be notified. They can then choose to grant or deny access to the requesting user.

The steps to grant app requests vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

    In the web application:

    1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Admin Panel icon  the top-right corner.
    2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
    3. Click , then click the appropriate notification.

    4. Click Grant or Deny.


Spaces UI

    In the web application:

    1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory Settings icon  the top-right corner.
    2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
    3. Click , then click the appropriate notification.

    4. Click Grant or Deny.

Unified UI

    In the web application:

    1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
    2. Click bell-icon, then click the appropriate notification.

    3. Click Grant or Deny.
