Grant app requests

When a user requests access to an app, all the Zoho Admins and the respective App Admins will be notified. They can then choose to grant or deny access to the requesting user.

The steps to grant app requests vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Spaces UI

    In the web application:

    1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory icon on the top-right corner.
    2. Click bell-icon, then click the appropriate notification.

    3. Click Grant or Deny.
Unified UI

    In the web application:

    1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
    2. Click bell-icon, then click the appropriate notification.

    3. Click Grant or Deny.
Mobile UI

In the mobile application:

For iOS devices:

  1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device, then tap  in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap  in the bottom panel, then find the appropriate notification.
  3. If you want to approve:
    1. Tap Approve, then select the applications you want to approve.
    2. Set the role, then tap DONE.
  4. If you want to reject, enter the reason for rejection and tap REJECT.

For Android devices:

  1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
  1. Tap  in the top-right corner, then find the appropriate notification.
  2. If you want to approve:
    1. Tap Approve, then select the application you want to approve.
    2. Set the role and any additional information, then tap .
    3. Tap DONE.
  3. If you want to reject:
    1. Tap Reject.
    2. Enter the reason for rejection, then tap REJECT.
