One Experience UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Admin Panel icon
on the top-right corner. - Click Organization on the left menu, then select Controls.
- Select Deny external sign-ups from drop-down.
Click Customize Message to frame a message for the users whom you deny the permission to create apps externally. This customised message will appear every time a restricted user attempts to create a separate instance outside Zoho One.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Directory Settings icon
on the top-right corner. - Click Organization on the left menu, then select Controls.
