The steps to forbid users from creating standalone instances of a Zoho One app vary between three user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Organization on the left menu, then select Controls.
  3. Select Deny external sign-ups from drop-down.
  4. Click Customize Message to frame a message for the users whom you deny the permission to create apps externally. This customised message will appear every time a restricted user attempts to create a separate instance outside Zoho One.

  2. Click Organization on the left menu, then select Controls.
  3. Select Deny external sign-ups from drop-down.
