Manage user controls for spaces

Admins can choose to allow/deny the following:
  1. If users can reorder modules within spaces
  2. If users can raise app requests from spaces they don't have access to

The steps to manage user controls for spaces vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To allow users to reorder modules within spaces:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory icon on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Controls.
  3. Toggle on Enable next to Reorder modules within spaces.
To allow users to raise app requests from spaces:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory icon on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Controls.
  3. Toggle on Enable next to Raise app requests from spaces.
Notes

Allowing users to raise app request from spaces will also allow them to view all space.

To allow users to reorder modules within spaces:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Controls.
  3. Toggle on Enable next to Reorder modules within spaces.
To allow users to raise app requests from spaces:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Controls.
  3. Toggle on Enable next to Raise app requests from spaces.
Notes

Allowing users to raise app request from spaces will also allow them to view all space.
