Prerequisites
Roles required to perform this action:
- Organization owner
- Organization admin
- Custom roles with Delete IdPs permission
If an IdP is deleted, users who were using that IdP to sign in will be redirected to sign in via a different IdP based on priority. However, if they are excluded from the other IdPs, they will have to sign in using their Zoho One credentials.
The "Default" IdP cannot be deleted. It can only be deactivated.
The steps to delete an IdP vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the below tabs and proceed with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
To delete an IdP:
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
in the top-right corner. - Go to Security, then click the Identity Providers tab.
- Hover over the IdP you want to delete.
- Click
, then click Delete.
- Click Delete.
Unified UI
To delete an IdP:
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Security, then click the Identity Providers tab.
- Hover over the IdP you want to delete.
- Click
, then click Delete.
- Click Delete.
