Edit IdP details
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
- Go to Security, then click the Custom Authentication tab.
- Click the IdP whose details you want to edit.
Note:- The "Default" IdP can neither be renamed, nor can it be applied to just a specific group of users. You can only exclude certain groups from it.
- IdPs cannot be edited to apply to all users. Only the "Default" IdP can be applied to all users.
- Other than the "Default" IdP, the SSO protocol of an IdP cannot be switched once the IdP has been added. For example, if you have configured an IdP with the SAML protocol, it cannot be switched to the JWT protocol at a later stage, and vice-versa.

- To rename the IdP:
- Click Rename, then enter the name of the IdP.
- Click Rename.
- To apply the IdP for specific groups:
- Click the IdP Info tab, then click
under Applicable Groups.
- Choose the groups, then click Apply.
- To exclude specific groups from the IdP:
- Click the IdP Info tab, then click
under Excluded Groups.
- Choose the groups, then click Exclude.
- To edit the SSO configuration:
- Click the SSO Configurations tab.
- If you had set up a SAML protocol:
- Edit the Sign-in URL, Sign-out URL, and Change Password URL.
- Click Change under Verification Certificate, then click Browse.
- Browse and upload the certificate.
- If you had set up a JWT protocol:
- Edit the Sign-in URL, and Sign-out URL.
- Change the signing algorithm.
- If you've selected HS256, generate a Public Key. If you've selected RS256, browse and add the Verification Certificate that you downloaded from the IdP.
- Enter the Sign-in parameters and Sign-out parameters if needed.
- Click Update.
