Prerequisites
Roles required to perform this action:
- Organization owner
- Organization admin
If you want to stop managing a device using Zoho One, you need to delete it. You will have to re-enroll it if you want it authenticated again through Zoho One.
To delete a device:
- Log in to Zoho One

- Click Directory in the left menu. Click Device Management, then click Device Authentication.
- Click the
icon next to the device you want to delete. Click Delete.

- Click Delete again to confirm.
