Remove app

You can remotely uninstall apps distributed through Zoho One from corporate devices. You can remove apps from enrolled devices individually or from a group.

The steps to remove app from an enrolled device vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version that you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To remove apps from an individual device:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Device management on the left menu. 
  3. Select MDM, Devices tab opens by default.
  4. Select the required device, then click Installable Apps.
  5. Hover over the right corner of the required app, then click Remove.


To remove apps from a group:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click User Management on the left menu.
  3. Select Groups, then click the required group.
  4. Click Installable Apps.
  5. Hover over the right corner of the required app, then click Remove.

To remove apps from an individual device:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Device management on the left menu. 
  3. Select MDM, Devices tab opens by default.
  4. Select the required device, then click Installable Apps.
  5. Hover over the right corner of the required app, then click Remove.


To remove apps from a group:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click User Management on the left menu.
  3. Select Groups, then click the required group.
  4. Click Installable Apps.
  5. Hover over the right corner of the required app, then click Remove.


Unified UI
To remove apps from an individual device:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Device management in the left menu, then go to the Devices tab. 
  3. Click on the required device, then click Installable Apps.
  4. Hover over the right corner of the required app, then click Remove.
To remove apps from a group:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Groups in the left menu.
  3. Click on the required group, then click Installable Apps.
  4. Hover over the right corner of the required app, then click Remove.
