Export Devices

  1. Sign in to Zoho One. Click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Device ManagementDevice Authentication. Click  in the top-right corner. Click Device Export.

       

  3. Fill out the required fields that appear on the pop-up:
    1. Choose the format for the export: XLSX, XLS, or CSV.
    2. Narrow down your export criteria based on the device status: Active Devices, Inactive Devices, All Devices, or Filtered Devices
      InfoYou can use Advanced Filters () to filter out devices based on different combinations of rather specific criteria, such as operating system, pending actions, device status, password status, agent update status, and a few more.
    3. Select the fields to include in the export. To select all fields, click near Export additional fields. (Device name is included by default.)
    4. If needed, set a password for the file to be exported. The only password policy here is that it should be 8 characters or more. Ignore the checkbox if you don't want to set a password.

         

  4. Click Export. The exported file will be downloaded to your local storage.
  5. If the number of devices to be exported is more than 500, an email will be sent after some time with the download link.
  6. Click DOWNLOAD EXPORTED FILE in the email. You can view the list of devices exported in the desired format.
    InfoNote: As the download link is only valid for seven days, you're advised to download and save it instantly.
