Export Devices
The steps to export devices vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow:

Spaces UI

One Experience UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon
on the top-right corner.
- Click Devices on the left menu, the Device Management opens by default.
- Click the Kebab menu
on the top-right corner.
- Click Device Export.
- Fill out the required fields that appear on the pop-up:
- Choose the format for the export: XLSX, XLS, or CSV.
- Narrow down your export criteria based on the device status: Active Devices, Inactive Devices, All Devices, or Filtered Devices.
You can use Advanced Filters () to filter out devices based on different combinations of rather specific criteria, such as operating system, pending actions, device status, password status, agent update status, and a few more.
- Select the fields to include in the export. To select all fields, click near Export additional fields. (Device name is included by default.)
- If needed, set a password for the file to be exported. The only password policy here is that it should be 8 characters or more. Ignore the checkbox if you don't want to set a password.
- Click Export. The exported file will be downloaded to your local storage.
- If the number of devices to be exported is more than 500, an email will be sent after some time with the download link.
- Click DOWNLOAD EXPORTED FILE in the email. You can view the list of devices exported in the desired format.Note: As the download link is only valid for seven days, you're advised to download and save it instantly.

- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon
on the top-right corner.
- Click Devices on the left menu, the Device Management opens by default.
- Click the Kebab menu
- Click Device Export.
- Fill out the required fields that appear on the pop-up:
