Edit criteria details

The steps to edit criteria vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Sign in to Zoho One, then click in the top-right corner.
Go to Directory Stores, then click the required store.
Under the Info tab, click Edit next to Criteria.
Based on the directory store's capabilities, the following applies:
If
the directory store supports Group Sync and Groups is enabled under
Resource Sync in General Settings, both Users and Groups tabs are
displayed.
If the directory store does not support Group Sync, only the Users syncing criteria is displayed by default.
Go
to the Users tab, and choose how you want to sync users from the source
directory store. You can either sync all the users or a few users based
on criteria set in Zoho One.
Go to the Groups tab, choose how you want to sync groups from the source directory
store. You can either sync all the groups or a few groups based on
criteria set in Zoho One.
The
stores that support Group sync are Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, OneLogin,
JumpCloud, and Google Workspace. Whereas all stores unexceptionally
support user sync criteria. Learn more about Group sync.
If Users matching the criteria or Groups matching the criteria is chosen, you must set at least one
criterion. You can use custom attributes to set criteria. You can set
multiple criteria based on your needs using the + icon.
To set criteria, select an attribute from the options, choose a relationship, and enter the criteria's value as needed.
If
multiple criteria is set, select the appropriate logic relation. Choose
AND if you want all the criteria must be satisfied for the user or
group to be synced. Choose OR if satisfying any one criterion is
sufficient.
To change the relation, click Edit next to Pattern to be applied and click Save.
Click Save and Next.
