Edit scheduled sync details

Prerequisites

Roles required to perform this action:
  1. Organization Owner
  2. Organization Admin
The steps to edit scheduled sync details vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Directory Stores, then click the required store.
  3. Under the Info tab, click Edit next to Scheduled sync.
  4. Disable or enable Scheduled sync as required and define how often you want to sync the selected resources from the source directory store to Zoho One.
    1. Daily: Set a particular time at which daily syncing should occur.
    2. Weekly: Select particular day or days and set time at which weekly syncing should occur.
    3. Monthly: Select particular date or dates and set time at which monthly syncing should occur.
  5. Click Save and close.

Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Directory Stores, then click the required store.
  3. Under the Info tab, click Edit next to Scheduled sync.
  4. Disable or enable Scheduled sync as required and define how often you want to sync the selected resources from the source directory store to Zoho One.
    1. Daily: Set a particular time at which daily syncing should occur.
    2. Weekly: Select particular day or days and set time at which weekly syncing should occur.
    3. Monthly: Select particular date or dates and set time at which monthly syncing should occur.
  5. Click Save and close.
