How to Sync Existing Domains to Zoho One | Domains - Zoho One

Sync existing domains

Roles required to perform this action

The steps to set up this integration vary for the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps thereunder.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Organization on the left menu.
  3. Select Domains, then click Sync Existing Domains.

  4. Click Continue.
  5. All domains associated with your Zoho apps will be listed along with their authentication status. Select the ones you want to sync to your Zoho One organization and click Sync.
The selected domains will now be synced to Zoho One, and you'll be able to manage these domains centrally from Zoho One's Admin Panel.
Spaces UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon   on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Organization on the left menu.
  3. Select Domains, then click Sync Existing.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. All domains associated with your Zoho apps will be listed along with their authentication status. Select the ones you want to sync to your Zoho One organization and click Sync.
The selected domains will now be synced to Zoho One, and you'll be able to manage these domains centrally from Zoho One's Admin Panel.
Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Domains, then click Sync Existing.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. All domains associated with your Zoho apps will be listed along with their authentication status. Select the ones you want to sync to your Zoho One organization and click Sync.
The selected domains will now be synced to Zoho One, and you'll be able to manage these domains centrally from Zoho One's Admin Panel.
